Apparels: Returns can be made in the following ways:

This is for your general information that we do not do refunds but store credits. The customer can exchange for a different size or product depending on the availability. Refunds are available only in case of defective manufacturing only.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The return shall only be accepted in the original packaging. Any items that is damaged, soiled or altered is not be accepted and shall sent back to the customer.

The customer needs to inform us within 7 business days from the date of receiving the parcel. You can either call us on our +91-7087020019 between 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM from Monday to Saturday or write to us support@golddenhourshop.in

After validating the product, if we found that your return is valid then we will send you an authorizing mail for with the return procedure. Please be informed that the customer has make sure that we should receive the return package within 7 days of us sending you the authorizing email

This whole process is expected to take at-least 12-14 days.
